How can I track my order? +
Enter your Order ID and billing phone number in the Track Refund section.
Amount debited but order failed +
Check the payment status above. If the order remains unsuccessful, submit a Payment Issue request.
How long does a refund take? +
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.
Can I cancel my order? +
Submit a cancellation request immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed after the order is packed or shipped.
How do I report an unknown payment? +
Select Report Fraud. Never provide your OTP, password, PIN or complete card number.
