Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return conditions:

• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the product.
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Any applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs will be deducted.

If you need to return or exchange your product, please follow these steps:

• To initiate a return, contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
• Email us at support@saairaaorganics.com with your reason for the return or exchange.
• We only accept returns for defective products. Exchanges are accepted.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• We will provide a return shipping label for you to print.

Shipping costs

• Returns — Saairaa Organics will bear the return shipping costs.
• Exchanges — the customer will be responsible for shipping costs of the exchanged product.

If the damage is visible and affects the functionality of the product, you may reject the delivery and notify us immediately.

Damage discovered after delivery

Contact us at support@saairaaorganics.com to report missing or damaged parts. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated costs. In the case of missing or non-critical parts, we will send replacements free of charge.
